The Kiwanis Club of Excelsior Springs provided free spaghetti dinners in the Kiwanis Kafe during the Tiny Town for Tots event held October 4. The event serves toddlers and preschoolers of the community and is sponsored by the local Parents As Teachers organization, the Early Childhood Center, the Birth to Five Council and the Kiwanis Club.
